This paper presents the analysis of the dynamic response and damage mechanism of two three-story buildings with interior R. C. frames and exterior brick bearing walls (one of them is strengthened) by making use of explosive generated ground shock.Based on the test results, the mathematical models of dynamic analysis of the two buildings are established. The elastoplastic analysis of the buildings is conducted by step-by-step integration method and inputing the ground acceleration recorded during test. The computation result has a good agreement with the test result.The characteristics of frequency spectrum of explosive-generated ground shock and the natural earthquake ground motion are discussed. By analyzing the peak value of their velocity record and velocity spectrum, the comparative conditions of these two kinds of waves and the damage intensity of earthquake are determined.The dynamic response of a typical multistory building of this kind during Haicheng earthquake is computed with the established mathematical model, and the result of computation also agrees with the actual damage of the buildings. Finally, some principles of strengthening this kind of building are proposed.

The susceptibility between murine bone marrow hemopoietic cells and splenic lymphocytes to four major factors was compared. These factors included toxicity of DMSO, cooling rate, Tris-NH4Cl treatment, and dilution. When the concentration of DMSO was high above 20%, the proliferative functions or viability of both kinds of cells decreased severely. Hemopietic stem cells and lymphocytes were more injured in rapid cooling than in slow cooling and their damage intensity seemed alike at the same fast cooling...

These results indicate that to selectively destroy or inactivate lymphocytes among bone marrow cells may be impossible.

目的探讨99mTcDTPA肾动态显像诊断小儿肾盂积水的临床价值。方法常规99mTcDTPA肾动态显像方法,15分钟后静脉注射速尿,共检查肾盂积水患儿45例,其中7例作手术前后比较。定量分析指标包括:肾血流灌注率(BPR),高峰摄取率(PUR),半排泄时间(T1/2)。结果①BPR随积水程度加重而明显下降,重度积水为168%±68%,中度积水为351%±69%,轻度积水为406%±92%。PUR在重度积水时为216%±129%。②7例患儿中6例术后BPR明显升高。术前、术后T1/2分别为413±204和229±119分钟。术后T1/2明显改善。结论①BPR可正确反映肾盂积水和肾功能受损程度,两者呈正相关;②术后肾功能改善情况和速尿介入能正确判断集尿系统有无梗阻存在
