This paper describes a family of novel DC DC converters without any magnetic devices but with only switches and capacitors. This paper describes a family of novel DC DC converters without any magnetic devices but with only switches and capacitors. The proper multistage and high order series parallel capacitors in structures are adopted instead of the traditional single capacitors in the novel converters, thus making DC DC converters with various voltage ratios have rather high efficiency. Meanwhile, both the voltage step up conversion and voltage reversed conversion can be achieved in the same way as the voltage step down conversion does. This paper discusses, except for the pulse width modulation(PWM), the controlling problems of the new types of converters, voltage tracing control (VTC), frequency modulation (FM) and opened loop control of fixed frequency in digital system and the method of cascading low drop linear regulator. In theoretical analysis, this paper also suggests a simplified Equivalent Electric Quanntity Relationship approach in comparison with the traditional averaged state space method and other means.

提出一种不使用任何感性元件、仅由开关和电容组成的新型DC-DC变换器。该变换器采用适当的多级高阶串并电容组合结构取代传统的单级单电容,因而使各种电压变换比的DC-DC变换器都能获得较高效率,并可使升压变换与反极性变换同降压变换一样能方便实现。针对该变换器的控制问题,除PWM调节外,还就逐压反馈控制(VTC)、频率调节(FM)、以及针对数字系统的固定频率开环控制和级联低压差线性稳压器的方法等展开讨论;并就理论分析提出了一种比传统的状态变量平均法及其他方法更加简单的等效电量关系法。

The model is subjected to a driving current density with nonzero orthogonal components i\-x and i\-y , which are parallel to both axes of the square lattice. We find a lattice size independent phase diagram with three dynamical phases: a pinned vortex lattice, a moving vortex lattice phase and a moving plastic phase. In the moving vortex lattice phase the time dependent voltage is periodic with time, and the frequency of voltage is proportional to the current density. But the voltage trace in the moving plastic phase is aperiodic with time.
