This paper describes the methylamine-spectrophotometric method determination of lactose in lactulose production. And lactulose is indirectly determined also. lactose reacted quantitalively with methylamine at 65℃ in alkaline solution in 25 min. forming a yellow compound, to stop the reaction, it was cooled immediately in an ice-water bath for 2 min. The calibration curve obeys Beer's law over the range 1-4.5mg/20ml of lactose at 278.4nm. and lactulose does not interfere under these conditions....

本文报导了在乳土糖生产过程中用甲胺·紫外光谱法测定糖浆内乳糖的含量;间接测定乳土糖的含量。乳糖含量于1-4.5mg/20m1范围内,在波长278.4nm处测定其吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系,符合朗伯·比尔定律。乳土糖同时存在不干扰。实验结果,回收率为95.4%~102.2,变异系数小于0.891%(n=9)。

An enzymatic method for determination of lactose was introduced. In this paper, the method was based on the hydrolysis of lactose by a β-galactosidase and the liberated glucose was determined. There were good linearity between lactose concentration and absorbance.

采用毛细管区带电泳直立式安培电化学检测方法分离和测定单糖。考察了电解质溶液的pH和浓度对单糖分离的影响,适量加入氯化钠可改善分离条件。所列单糖的浓度至少在002~02mmol/L范围内与检测电流峰高呈线性关系。检测限为15×10-6mol/L。应用该法进行了乳糖的组成和人血中葡萄糖的测定。
