日本地震学会每年春季和秋季召开两次全国性学术讨论会。1980年的秋季大会于10月14日至16日在仙台市召开,共有三百多人出席,包括日本著名地震学家萩原尊礼、铃木次郎、力武常次、浅田敏、字津德治和茂木清夫等。六名中国地震学者也应邀出席了这次大会,受到日本同行们的欢迎和关注,此外未邀请其他国家的地震学者参加。会上共宣读论文237篇,其中包括中国学者或与日本学者合作的论文3篇。论文中有不少是研究生的研究成果,讨论会鼓励年青地震学者提交报告。整个会议比较紧凑,学术讨论气氛较浓,基本上反映出近年来日本地震研究工作的概貌。

In this paper the research progress in earthquake prediction for 20 years since 1966 Xingtai earthquake has been reviewed comprehensively. The Summary for the characteristics of strong motion activity, including the cycles of the strong earthquakes and ananaly pattern of middle-small earthquakes in the preparatory process of large earthquake, and their application to the prediction has been made at first. In this paper the research progress in earthquake prediction for 20 years since 1966 Xingtai earthquake has been reviewed comprehensively. The Summary for the characteristics of strong motion activity, including the cycles of the strong earthquakes and ananaly pattern of middle-small earthquakes in the preparatory process of large earthquake, and their application to the prediction has been made at first. It has also put emphasis on the progress of studying earthquake precursors during the period, analysed systematically the characteristics of precursor anomalies in the time-space distribution and the anomalous phenomena in the varied stages during the preparatory process. On the basis of above meritional, the understanding of the large earthquake prediction has been summerized.Finaly, the major questions in the recent research of earthquake prediction have been analyzed, and the key problems and task for the prediction in future have been discussed.

本文综合评述了邢台地震以来二十年中的地震预报进展。文章首先总结了我国强震活动的特点及其在预报上的应用,包括强震活动的轮回性和大震孕育过程中中小地震活动的异常变化图象等。文中还重点探讨了二十年来地震前兆的研究进展,较系统地分析了前兆异常在时间和空间分布上的特征和孕震过程中不同阶段的异常表现。在此基础上归纳了对强震预报的认识。 文章最后分析了当前地震预报工作中所存在的主要问题,讨论了今后预报研究的重点课题和主要任务。

In this paper the direct computing method of precursor information content of anomalies is put forward,and the transformation of non-dimensional precursor information content of precursory anomalies of various observation data has come true. By means of this method we have accomplished the calculation of precursor information content of correlative anomalies which are extracted from the difference values of five-day average from 92 observation items distributed over Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai.On the basis of...

In this paper the direct computing method of precursor information content of anomalies is put forward,and the transformation of non-dimensional precursor information content of precursory anomalies of various observation data has come true. By means of this method we have accomplished the calculation of precursor information content of correlative anomalies which are extracted from the difference values of five-day average from 92 observation items distributed over Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai.On the basis of reviewed research on the 2 4 Ms≤5.0 earthquakes we have obtained effective average information contents of unit anomaly about 92 observation items,which become not only important references for earthquake prediction but also a good foundation for the further research on the precursor index system. According to the statistical analysis on the change characteristics of precursor information of Ms≥5.0 earthquakes,the reference indexes of three elements of earthquake prediction are given.

本文提出了异常前兆信息量的直接计算法,实现了各种观测资料前兆异常的无量纲前兆信息量转换。用该方法对甘、宁、青地区5种观测手段共92个测项的5日均值一阶差分相关异常进行了前兆信息量计算。通过24次5级以上相关地震的回顾性分析研究,求得了92个测项的有效单位异常平均信息量,为前兆标志体系的进一步研究打下了良好的基础。又通过7次7级以上相关地震前兆信息量变化特征的统计,给出了一组预报地震三要素参考指标。
