In order to improve compacted cement based material, the principles of DSP and compact technique were applied jointly, and the fine particles of mineral additives, such as silica fume and CaCO 3, were used to replace part of cement in the material. Effects of compacting pressure, the amount of additive and curing conditions on compressive strength of compacted cement were studied. Results indicate that: a) higher compacting pressure and an appropriate amount of silica fume can greatly improve the compressive strength of compacted cement, while CaCO 3 shows little effect; b) there is an optimum curing time for compacted cement, after which strength degradation occurs.

采用DSP原理和压实技术相结合,掺加硅灰和CaCO3等细颗粒矿物外加剂改变压实水泥材料基质。研究了成型压力、细粉掺量、养护制度等因素对压实水泥强度的影响。结果表明,掺加适量硅灰和提高成型压力可显著提高压实水泥的抗压强度,掺加CaCO3对强度无明显影响;压实水泥存在最佳养护龄期,超过此龄期强度倒缩。

By test study on intact and compacted loess, the effects of compacting on the collapsibility 、 compressibility、structure and stress strain relation of loess are discussed.Some useful conclusions for engineering are obtained.
