通过正交试验,优选了国产新型四级锚链试验钢的热处理工艺参数。试验结果表明,当试验钢在950℃淬火并600℃或640℃回火时,可获得良好的强韧性而能满足四级锚链钢的力学性能要求。因此,选择合适的调质工艺是提高低合金高强度锚链钢强韧性的一条有效途径。

This paper deals with the mechanical properties and microstructure of two kinds of new four grade chain cable steels. Experimental results shows that after quenching at 950℃ and tempered at 600℃ on the 20SiMnCrNiMo steels, and tempered at 660℃ on the 22SiMnCrNiMoNb steel, the best strength-toughness can be obtained. The high resistance against recovery and recrystallization of matrix makes remarkable contribution too. Therefore, selection of correct hardened and tempered technology is an effective way to improve strength-toughness of test steel.

本文对两种新型四级锚链钢的力学性能与显微组织进行了研究。结果表明:经950℃淬火后,使20SiMnCrNiMo钢及22SiMnCrNiMoNb钢分别在600℃、660℃回火,可获得最佳强韧性。试验钢的主要强化机制是由于回火时析出分散性细微碳化物而产生的沉淀强化,基体的高回复与再结晶抗力也作出了重要贡献。因此,选用合适的调质工艺是提高试验钢强韧性的一条有效途径。
