The rolling optimizing model for the tandem cold mill of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Corp is deeply analysed and the idea of the rolling optimizing model based on practical experience is put forward. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control system has good performance and meets real time demand.

利用前馈神经网络建立对象的非线性预测模型,在不同工作点作阶跃响应,建立它的局部线性模型,利用隶属函数进行加权得全局线性模型。利用全局线性模型进行滚动优化,利用非线性预测模型校正线性模型,实现非线性预测控制。仿真表明,文中提出的方法控制效果良好,满足实时要求。

The generalized predictive control has several advantages such as flexible function, multiple prediction, rolling optimizing and online adjusting. It can deal with the process with long time-delay and uncertainty. A recursive algorithm of evaluating the invert-matrix of GPC is introduced which is based on the matrix disintegration, It is applied in the heating funace. The application results show the algorighm is effective. It has improved the control precision and got better economic benefit.

广义预测控制具有柔化作用、多步预测、滚动优化和在线自适应校正等优点,能直接处理具有大滞后和不确定性的工业对象。采用矩阵分解和递推求逆算法在加热炉温度控制中的应用表明,该算法适用范围广,提高了控制精度,取得了良好的经济效益。
