本文以盐敏感品种中国春、农大85021和抗盐品种冬68、茶淀红等4个品种小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)为材料,研究NaCl胁迫下6-苄基腺嘌呤对小麦(triticumaestivumL.)幼苗体内ATP含量的影响.结果表明,外源6-苄基腺嘌呤能够显著提高NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗体内ATP的含量,且根内ATP含量增加的幅度大于叶片.从而缓解NaCl胁迫造成的能量代谢失衡,提高小麦幼苗对盐分胁迫的适应性.

以抗盐品种茶淀红和盐敏感品种中国春等两种小麦为实验材料,研究甜菜碱对盐分胁迫条件下小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)幼苗Na+、K+、Cl-的吸收、分配的影响。结果表明:外源甜菜碱能够在一定程度上限制幼苗对Na+、Cl-的吸收,阻滞其向地上部分运输的数量和速度,同时提高体内K+含量、向上运输效率,降低地上部分对Na+、K+的选择性(SNa+、K+),从而提高小麦幼苗抗盐性和对盐分胁迫的适应性。

Abstract Responses of four genotypes wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ), Chinese spring, Nongda 85021 (salt sensitive genotypes) and Dong 68, Chadianhong(salt resistant genotypes) to salt stress and mitigative effects of salicylic acid on salt stress-induced injuries were studied during the stage of seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that, during the stage of seed germination salicylic acid can markedly increase the germination ratio, germination index, vigor index of wheat. It was also found that in stage of seedling growth salicylic acid can relatively increase the contents of some osmotica, such as free proline and water dis-solved-carbohydrate and so on, promote the activity of membrane protective enzymes, superoxide dismutase and peroxidase, delay the accumulation of malon dialdehyde, and decrease the leaf relative electronic conductivity and salt stress-induced injuries of plasma membrane. Therefore the injuries of salt stress in wheat were mitigated and salt resistance of wheat were raised.

本文以盐敏感品种中国春、农大85021和抗盐品种冬68、茶淀红等4个品种小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)为材料,研究盐分胁迫对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响以及水杨酸对盐害的缓解作用.结果表明,水杨酸能够相对提高盐分胁迫条件下小麦种子萌发的数量、速度和质量;提高幼苗体内游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖等渗透调节物质的含量,增强其渗透调节能力,同时提高幼苗体内超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶等细胞保护酶的活性,抑制膜脂过氧化作用产物丙二醛的积累,降低叶片质膜透性和盐分胁迫对细胞膜的伤害.所有这些变化都有利于缓解盐害、提高小麦抗盐性.
