研究了电炉20MnSi钢筋在拉伸试验时物理屈服点消失的原因。分析了金相组织、化学成份、轧后冷速等因素对物理屈服点不明显的影响;证明这一现象是由粒状贝氏体形成而引起的。根据多元线性回归分析结果提出了能使屈服点显现率提高的化学成份范围。

The experimental steels were hot-rolled by Gleeble-1500 hot-simulated testing machine, The effects of Si,Mn, final rolling temperature, after-rolled cooling rate and rolling deformation on the formation of dual-phase microstructure and property of experimental steels were studied.As a result, the experimental steels have good stability of formation of dual-phase microstructure within the range of experimental hot-rolling parameters, then the properties are also stable.
