By thermos simulation test with different welding energy on the welding microstructure under various seams, explained its condition of microstructure transition effect on strength and toughness. A further study of H10Mn2 weld metal's properties of strength and toughness is made.The usage of alloy is described.

通过 H1 0 Mn2焊丝焊缝金属系列温度的示波冲击韧性试验 ,分析其在发生弹塑性变形、起裂、甚至断裂过程中弹塑性功和撕裂功分别在总功中所占的比例 ,说明其强韧性特征 .通过H1 0 Mn2焊丝不同焊接线能量多层焊条件下焊缝组织的热模拟 ,说明其组织转变情况及其对强韧性的影响 .从而进一步研究 1 4Hn Nbq钢的焊缝金属的强韧性机理 ,说明合金元素和焊缝组织对H1 0 Mn2焊丝焊缝金属强韧性的影响 .通过以上试验 ,寻找改善 H1 0 Mn2焊丝焊缝金属强韧性的途径和寻求缝金属强韧性的最佳匹配 .
