Abstract Credit card is a multi-function financial tool, which includs deposit, draw, settlement, credit, transfer and consume. The competition among credit cards has been formed in our country.Therefore, how to establish a large-scale special customer market of credit card is one of the important tasks. The purpose of developing a special customer market can serve credit card holders,can perfect the function of credit card service and also can increase business income. Banks should take measures and specific operating formation to develop special customers.

信用卡是集存款、取现、结算、信贷、转帐、消费于一体的多功能金融工具。在我国,一个多足鼎立的信用卡竞争局面已经初步形成。因此,如何建立规模庞大的信用卡特约商户市场,是信用卡市场推广面临的重要课题之一。发展特约商户市场,可为持卡人服务,完善信用卡服务功能,增加业务收入。各家银行应因地制宜地确定发展特约商户的方法和具体操作形式。

发展私人理财业务已成为当今世界的潮流,也是各家银行开拓市场的主要手段。发展私人理财业务宏观上能拉动需求,带动经济增长,微观上又是银行新的业务和利润增长点。通过发展私人理财业务,处于劣势的中小银行可以从局部或根本上调整信贷结构,提高资产质量,增强生存能力。文章还就我国银行发展私人理财业务提出了若干对策和建议,其中包括:提倡私人消费信贷、建立消费信贷银行、发展信用卡业务、取消限制性消费政策、开发私人金融服务新品种,等等。
