It is assumed that the accuracy of internal thread depends on the accuracy of tap, while the positioning accuracy of threaded hole depends on that of bottom hole before threading. In view of these, a high-speed precision drilling technic was worked out for preparing bottom hole of a C,-M_o alloy connecting rod, and then the technie of cold tapping with a flutless tap of large diameter (22-36mm) was adopted. The results reveals a first grade accuracy of thread and ▽7 surface finishment as well as other gains include 20-30% in tensile strength, 5-10% in Shearing strength, above 40% in surface hardness, and 0.15mm in hardening depth.

本文在多年试验和实践基础上,提出一种对大直径的内螺纹的高精度挤压加工方法,(在此之前其应用仅对铝、铜等有色金属和低炭结构钢并局限于16mm以下小直径)。总结出内螺纹的螺纹精度直接取决于丝锥的精度,而螺纹孔的位置精度却有赖于攻丝前螺纹底孔的位置精度。到本文发表时止,已成功地发展出一种高速精钻工艺来制备铬钼合金钢连杆的螺纹底孔,和一种尺寸达22—36mm的系列无槽丝锥的挤压攻丝技术以精加工内螺纹。其结果是一次挤压可获得一级螺纹精度和V7的表面光洁度,螺纹抗拉强度增加20—30%,抗剪强度增加5—10%,表面硬度增加40%和一个0.15mm的硬化深度,这对螺纹的抗疲劳性能有好处。目前,内螺纹挤压已经技术鉴定,并已在铁道部系统推广使用。

This paper discussed the importance of precision drilling in high-yield cultivation technique of winter wheat. It is the wheat seed spacer that can satlify anroromic requirements of precision drilling and ensure a high yie1d. The study of seed spacing disltribution of precision drilling is an important component of precision drilling theory. This paper mainly discusses the seed-metering device in which a metering plate revolves on horizontal oxis. The study of this suitable both for mechamical and for penumatic seed-metering devices which are widely used inside and outside the country. Based on the analysis of seed spacing error formation,the working process of the precision planter is divided into two step-seed filling and seed dropping. A dynamic seed spacing distribution model on different parameters is established by mean of mathematical statistics, mathematical equation and precision drilling theory .We also make computer simulation for the seed spacing distribution of the crops such as corn , soybean ect.The study of this paper offers a new way to improve the design method of the precision planter.

研究精密播种机粒距分布是精密播种理论的重要组成部分。本文主要研究绕水平轴旋转精播种子的排种器,因此适用于广泛采用的机械式排种器(型孔轮式、型孔带式)和气力式排种器(气吹式、气吸式)等。基于对精密播种机粒距误差形成的分析,将其工作过程分解为充种和投种两个阶段,并采用数理统计、数理方程、精密播种理论等综合方法,建立了精密播种机在不同参数下的粒距动态分布模型,并对玉米、大豆等作物的粒距分布进行了计算机数字仿真。本文的研究为精密播种机设计方法的改进提供了一种新的途径。
