This type of high-pressure vessel has advantages not only in the operation safety of high-pressure food processing but also the decrease of equipment cost.

本文探讨食品高压处理用绕丝容器的设计及试验。运用程序设计方法,对实际缠绕过程进行分析计算,解决实际缠绕与理论设计存在的偏差问题,实验测得的钢丝缠绕应变值与理论值符合。这种型式的高压容器不论对于高压食品处理的操作安全性还是对于降低其设备成本来说,都具有优越之处。

超高压容器在结构上存在局部不连续 ,因而引起应力集中。由于频繁的和开、停操作 ,造成工作压力和载荷的变化而引起交变循环应力 ,对于单层套螺纹封头结构的超高压容器 ,根据现有容器疲劳失效的情况 ,容器疲劳破坏的部位一般都在筒体与螺塞的螺纹联接处 ,在该截面处的峰值应力也最大。所以我们着重分析筒体在螺纹连接处的受力情况 ,通过改善容器结构来降低应力集中 ,从而提高疲劳寿命。
