This paper is concerned with the elastic-plastic lateral torsional buckling of the hinge-ended beam-columns with equal moment at both ends.The stress-strain relationship of the material is assumed to be ideally elastic-plastic.A typical cross section taken herein is the same as proposed by the specification of TJ17—74。 In the analysis,five stress distribution conditions,which can be possibly occurred to the cross sectiou in the elastic-plastic range are considered:the whole section in elastic range,partial yielding...

This paper is concerned with the elastic-plastic lateral torsional buckling of the hinge-ended beam-columns with equal moment at both ends.The stress-strain relationship of the material is assumed to be ideally elastic-plastic.A typical cross section taken herein is the same as proposed by the specification of TJ17—74。 In the analysis,five stress distribution conditions,which can be possibly occurred to the cross sectiou in the elastic-plastic range are considered:the whole section in elastic range,partial yielding of the compression flange,yielding of the compression flange and partial compression web,yielding of the compression flange with partial compre- ssion web and yielding of partial tension flange,and yielding of two flanges with partial web both in compression and tension areas.The ana- lytical results are compared with the three stress distribution conditions, in which the effect of the thickness of flanges is neglected.A computer program has been made for the calculation of stability factors _1,and a good agreement is obtained betwecn the computed results and the test results previously reported in Ref.1. Based on the oretical results,a simplified method is prestnted.By using the design procedures with the stability factors _1 derived in this paper as compared with the current design using Spec.TJIT—74 some economical effects can be boosted.Results given in this paper may be taken as a reference in the revision of the specification of steel structure design.

本文分析了两端铰接偏心压杆,在端弯矩相等时的弯扭屈曲问题。假定材料的应力——应变关系为理想弹塑性。取用制订《TJ17—74》规范时所用典型截面。分析中,考虑了截面在弹塑性阶段可能发生的五种状态,即:弹性阶段;爱压侧部分翼缘屈服;受压侧翼缘和部分腹板屈服;受压侧翼缘和部分腹板屈服,同时受拉侧部分翼缘屈服;受拉及受压两侧均为全部翼缘及部分腹板屈服。并与忽略翼缘厚馁影响的三种弹塑性状态的情况进行了对比。编制了计算稳定系数_1的计算程序。经与文献[1]中既有试验结果相比较,说明本文所得_1值与之较为符合。在理论计算的基础上,提出了简化方案。如应用本文_1值进行设计,较按《TJ17——74》规范可以提高一些设计的经济效果。本文可供修订钢结构设计规范时参考。
