Based on theoretical calculation and analysis, four causes of the thermal hysteresis are recognized: 1, There is a decrease in theoretical heating temperature due to heating, gasification and decomposition of the injected fuel. Owing to the fact that the heat transferred to the hearth is reduced, a "Chilling" effect is observed. Increase in gas and heat content of gas makes the burden being heated better, which results in a thermal hysteresis; 2, Rate of burning of the carbon in injected fuel in the hearth is low; 3, Hydrogen in the injected fuel replaces the fixed carbon in the direct reduction zone; 4, Part of the hydrogen in the injected fuel and carbon monoxide formed from injected fuel take parts in the indirect reduction.

对风口喷吹燃料热滞后现象原因分析,现有文献的分折与生产实践是有矛盾的.通过理论计算和分析认为热滞后有以下四个原因:1.喷吹后由于喷吹燃料的加热、汽化、分解,使理论燃烧温度降低,全部煤气留给炉缸热量减少,造成"先凉".由于煤气量及煤气热含量的增加,使炉料加热得更好,形成热滞后.2.喷吹燃料中的碳在炉缸的燃烧率低.3.喷吹燃料中的氢在直接还原中代替固体碳.4.喷吹燃料中的一部分氢和喷吹燃料生成的一氧化碳参加间接还原反应.

In this paper, the properties of DS desulfuration mass of tail gas made from industrial waste containing Fe are studied. The range of op- timum operation temperature is supplied, and adsorption mechanism of sulfur dioxide is also discussed. It is concluded that at high temperatures(380—450℃), the adsorption process is mainly in type of gas-solid phase catalytic reaction and this process is controlled by "Reaction layer" diffusion. The DS mass is a new type of desulfuration mass and an easily available material....

In this paper, the properties of DS desulfuration mass of tail gas made from industrial waste containing Fe are studied. It is concluded that at high temperatures(380—450℃), the adsorption process is mainly in type of gas-solid phase catalytic reaction and this process is controlled by "Reaction layer" diffusion. The DS mass is a new type of desulfuration mass and an easily available material. It may be applied to remove sulfuvdioxide in tail gas which resuits from power stations, melallurgical and chemical plants, and to recover sulfur at the sametime. This new type of desulfur mass is of great practical sense for the protection of surroundings.

本文运用热重分析方法,通过大量试验,研究了以含铁工业废物为原料的DS型烟气脱硫剂的性能,提供了最佳使用温度范围,探讨了吸着二氧化硫的机理。结论是在高温下(380~450℃)以催化气固相反应型的吸着过程为主,该过程属于反应壳层扩散控制。该脱硫剂可用以脱除电力、化工、冶金等工业烟气中的低浓度二氧化硫,并可回收资源,是一种廉价易得的新型烟气脱硫剂,对环境保护具有现实意义。

Candle coal is fed into a fixed-bed gasifier to manufacture the fuel gas with heating value more the 10.5 MJ/m3(n). The commercial plant with this technology has been built up. The paper illustrates the key of gas-making technology, Social benefit, economic benefit, environmental problem and so on.

长焰煤直接入固定层气化炉制取热值大于10.5MJ/m~3(n)的燃料气,本技术已建成工业化装置,文中讨论了制气技术关键,社会效益,经济效益,环保等问题。
