家蚕微孢子虫(NosemabombyciS)和MG1两种孢子超微结构差异显著。家蚕微孢子虫孢子的外壁、质膜均只见一层结构,极膜呈封闭锥体,膜的层次清晰,极丝平均13圈,极丝与孢子中轴倾角4l°左右;MG1微孢子的外壁有3层结构,质膜分2层,极膜层次不清,极丝平均11圈,极丝与孢子中轴倾角45°左右,极泡有许多大的颗粒状物。
