The anorthoclase lapilli constitute the main part of pyroclastic rock formation of Erebus volcano. This paper reports the results of study on the magmatic inclusions in this sort of anorthoclase megacryst lapilli. The presence of a large number of magmatic inclusions and the absence of devitrification of this type of magmatic inclusions indicate that they are non-slightly evolved inclusions and that their host minerals(anorthoclase) have undergone a rapid cooling. The anorthoclase lapilli constitute the main part of pyroclastic rock formation of Erebus volcano. This paper reports the results of study on the magmatic inclusions in this sort of anorthoclase megacryst lapilli. The presence of a large number of magmatic inclusions and the absence of devitrification of this type of magmatic inclusions indicate that they are non-slightly evolved inclusions and that their host minerals(anorthoclase) have undergone a rapid cooling. The trapped silicate melt could remain in equilibrium with host minerals and was congealed to glass. This type of magmatic inclusions permits to obtain directly the precious data on the che- mical composition of initial magma at the time of crystallization of their host minerals. The slight variation of the chemical composition of the magmatic inclu- sions and their host minerals shows that the crystallization-nucleation of the anorthoclase megacrysts took place in a trachyphonolitic melt, with an homogeneous composition under a relatively constant physicochemical con- dition. Because of the continuous cycle and supply of a new magma which has the same composition, the crystallization of various minerals(anortho- clase, salite, titanomagnetite) didn't lead up to a remarkable variation of the total composition of magma. Microprobe analyses show that the sum of chemical composition (wt.%. oxides) of the magmatic inclusions is near 100% (deficit is generally less than 1.5%). The softening temperature of the glass phase of inclusions is high (740℃). The glass phase of inclusions shows a good stability under the experimental conditions of microprobe analysis. The above characters of inclusions indicate that the trapped silicate melt doesn't contain abundant dissolved volatiles. The studies of magmatic inclusions permit us to determine that the anorthoclase megacryst lapilli of Erebus volcano crystallized at: pressure, 300- 900 bars(PH_2O), and temperature, 1042-1068℃, the crystallization tempera- ture of early salite crysts trapped by them being about 1120°-1130℃. In the course of crystallization experiment(magmatic reanimation)of the trapped silicate melt in the magmatic inclusions, the growth of anorthoclase, salite and titanomagnetite was realized. The difference of chemical composi- tion between the anorthoclase daughter minerals on the cavity walls and the anorthoclase host minerals proves that the experimental conditions(close system, small volume, absence of the mixing and the continuous supply of magma with identical composition)are different from the initial crystalliza- tion conditions of the anorthoclase host minerals.

Magmatic inclusions can directly provide valuable informations on the chemical composition variation of crystallization evolution of natural magma. In order to obtain correct and reliable chemical composition data of magnnatic inclusions and to be able to explain and deduce them reasonably, we have to pay great attention to following problems:1) The chemical compositions of non-evolved magmatic inclusions may represent their initial compositions. Magmatic inclusions can directly provide valuable informations on the chemical composition variation of crystallization evolution of natural magma. In order to obtain correct and reliable chemical composition data of magnnatic inclusions and to be able to explain and deduce them reasonably, we have to pay great attention to following problems:1) The chemical compositions of non-evolved magmatic inclusions may represent their initial compositions. The chemical compositions of glass phases in evolved magmatic inclusions can not represent their initial compositions. We have to analyse the quenched inclusions after homogenization in order to obtain the initial chemical composition of this type of evolved inclusions.2) The homogenization thermometry study of magmatic inclusions has to follow strictly the thermometrieal rule.3) The author's experiments reveal that the influence of "boundary layer effect" upon the chemical composition of magmatic inclusion is insignificant.4) The chemical composition of magmatic inclusion represents only the composition of ambient magma during crystallization growth of their host minerals. The detailed study of magmatic inclusions in various minerals of magrnatic rocks can help us to reconstruct more completely the evolution history of magma.5) The more mature methods of study on volatile materials trapped in magmatic inclusions are combining Raman microprobe spectrometry, microprobe analysis and microthermometry.

岩浆包裹体化学成分研究难度较大,为了获得可信的数据,应当注意:1.非演化型岩浆包裹体的化学成分可以代表其初始成分。演化型岩浆包裹体应先均一、淬火后再行测定。2.均一演化型岩浆包裹体应严格遵守加热规则,否则过热作用会使包裹体壁部分熔化,造成淬火后所测包裹体成分与其真正的初始成分并不相当。3.实测资料证明,“边界层效应”对于岩浆包裹体化学成分影响微不足道。4.岩浆包裹体的化学成分只能代表其主矿物结晶时周围岩浆的成分,即仅相当于岩浆液相线上的一个点。5。把显微冷热台测温、激光喇曼探针和电子探针分析技术结合使用,对查明单个包裹体中挥发组分的性状和浓度具有很大的潜力和前途。
