    Bone formation induced by sheep bone morphogenetic protein (sBMP) was studied under electron microscope. Three days after implanting 5mg of sBMP in the muscle pouch of rats the osteoprogenitor cells, including prechondro blasts, preosteoblasts and fibroblast-like cells, were differentiated from the induced mesenchymal cells in the implanting area.     Bone formation induced by sheep bone morphogenetic protein (sBMP) was studied under electron microscope. Three days after implanting 5mg of sBMP in the muscle pouch of rats the osteoprogenitor cells, including prechondro blasts, preosteoblasts and fibroblast-like cells, were differentiated from the induced mesenchymal cells in the implanting area. Seven days later, chondrocytes and cartilage tissue appeared. Fourteen days after implantation, the chondrocytes became denatured, the osteoblasts were located among the cartilaginous tissue and osteoid matrices were formed. By the 21st day, the osteoid matrices were calcified and the osteoblasts were encircled by the calcified matrices and transformed into osteocytes. sBMP evoked a complete process of bone development and new bone formed in the induced area through endochondral ossification and osteoblast osteogenesis and fibroblast osteogenesis.

    本文按着 Urist 方法制备了人、兔、猪和羊四种骨基质明胶(BMG),分别将其植入25只成年 SD 大鼠的胸部和股部肌肉,在手术的第2、4、6和8周后,通过光学显微镜观察各种 BMG 在肌肉内的免疫排斥反应和诱导成骨活性。结果表明:异种 BMG 具有一定的诱导成骨能力。但在 BMG 周围亦出现程度不同的排斥反应。本文认为,进一步降低 BMG 的抗原性,提高其诱导成骨活性,对于异种 BMG的临床应用将具有重要意义。

    This paper reported the study on amnion collagen of two infants with osteogenesis imperfecta family history. The SDS-PAGE electrophoresis pattern of one infant was different from that of normal control. There was an extra band above a1(I) band. After digested by pepsin,this new band of collagen disappeared. No differences were found in CNBr cleavage analysis. This infant was born in a family which has osteogenesis imperfecta history for three generations.

    本文对两例成骨不全(Osteogenesis imperfecta,OI)家族新生儿的羊膜胶原进行了分析。发现一例具有三代成骨不全家族史的新生儿胶原电泳图谱发生改变,在α_1(Ⅰ)条带上方出现一条明显新条带。将胶原进行重复胃酶降解提取,该条带消失。CNBr降解分析未见其降解片段有异常。
