The glutaraldehyde-treated bone (GB) and demineralised bone (DB) of autogenous imlants were grafted in 10×20mm skull defects of 22 rabbits. After 8 weeks, it was found that GB fused with host bone by radiographic and histological examination. There were a number of osteoclasts, osteoblasts and Haversian canal in implant bone. 本文应用同种异体戊二醛处理骨、脱钙骨基质植入22只青紫篮兰兔颅骨10×20mm缺损部位,观察8周。通过X线、组织学检查发现植入戊二醛骨与宿主骨结合紧密,植入骨内有成骨细胞、破骨细胞及哈佛氏管出现;脱钙骨基质内大量的软骨细胞及骨岛形成,植入骨片与缺损缘界线消失。对两种不同方法处理骨组织成骨诱导能力进行比较,认为戊二醛处理骨与脱钙骨组织具有相同的成骨作用。

Tt is valuble for e-hecting antineoplastic agents for postoperative cnemotherapy after the jaw bone bioceramic replacement.

为了探讨抗肿瘤药平阳霉素(BLM)及氨甲喋呤(MTX)对生物陶瓷人工骨与骨结合的作用,作者以杂种狗为种植模型,采用定量组织测量学、生物力学、元素分析的定量分析方法考察了骨与人工骨的结合区.结果发现在植入后1.5月MTX不仅能抑制局部新骨的生长与钙化,而且能减少骨与人工骨的结合,从而降低了人工骨植入体的稳定性.而同期BLM上述作用却不明显,因此作者认为对于肿瘤术后人工骨修复的患者的术后化疗拟应用BLM为宜.

本实验将同种骨基质明胶和脱钙骨基质植入家兔桡骨大块骨缺损,采用放射学和组织形态学方法定量比较两者的成骨作用,结果表明,骨基质明胶和脱钙骨基质均具有诱导成骨作用,且前者的成骨作用明显强于后者。尤以中早期为明显。作者认为,骨基质明胶比脱钙骨基质更适合作为自体骨的代替材料。
