In the south part of Yunnan E,adenophorum invaded early,its population has expanded and become a monospecies dominated community which invaded farmlands,harmed grasslands and did some impacts on the growth of tress, and as such get a very bad reputation.In this paper,it is suggested that,to eliminate the barmfulness of E. adenophorum,some preventive measures,such as fixing arable land,strictly forbidding to destroy forests and making reforestation on the cut-over without delay, etc., should be adopted immediately. And it is necessary to introduce natural enemies of E,adenophoram,or to adopt chemical controls,e.g., use of such herbicides as 2,4-D,2,4,5-T and gramaxone.But such measures as the elimination of weeds have little or no effect in controlling E. adenophorum according to the result of the experiments in the world.Besides,the extensively potential invasion of E.adenophorum in China should be allieded an extensive attention.

紫茎泽兰于解放前后由缅、越方向传入我国云南南部,目前向北已蔓延到25°33′N地区,向东扩展到广西、贵州境内。其中在早期侵入的滇南地区,早已发展成连片的单优群落,侵占农地,危害牲畜,影响林木生长,广大群众反映十分强烈。 文章提出要消除紫茎泽兰的这种危害,首先应采取严禁毁林开荒,固定耕地,森林采伐迹地要及时更新等预防措施。同时尽快引进泽兰天敌,开展以恢复种群生态平衡为基础的生物防除。应用2、4-D、2、4、5-T百草枯等行之有效的化学防除方法也是十分必要的。至于诸如人工拔除等机械措施,据国内外试验证明一般是无效的。 文章最后着重分析了紫茎泽兰在我国这样的新发展医域,其潜在危害十分广泛,应引起注意。

It has been proved that the photophosphorylation activity of chloroplast is inhibited by a new type of herbicide——glyphosate at high concentration (10mM), shown in Table 1 and 2. The Hill reaction was accelerated under the same condition, as is shown in Table 2. Thus glyphosate displayed clearly an uncoupling effect, shown in Table 2. The ATP synthesis was inhibited by the inhibition of the proton translocation, shown in Figure 1. When the concentration ofglyphosate was about 10 mM, only the proton translocation...

除草剂草甘膦抑制植物叶绿体光合磷酸化活力,促进希尔反应活力,表现出明显的解偶联效应。它对叶绿体膜上腺三磷酶(ATPase)活力也起抑制效应,说明ATP合成被抑制不是由ATP酶活力变化所引起。这种解偶联现象主要是因光下质子转移受到抑制,在较低浓度的草甘膦影响下,先抑制质醌转移的质子进入膜内腔,浓度增加到20 mM,对水释放质子也有抑制。所以草甘膦对叶绿体能量转换的影响主要反映在质子转移被抑制,引起磷酸化活力受抑制。

Effects of chlortoluron, MCPA, and triflufalin on VA mycorrhizal infection and plant growth were investigated in pot culture using loamy fluvo-aquic soils. The fesults showed that of the three herbicides, chlorto-lur,on is the most toxic to mycorrhizal infection and the growth of Trifolium repens L. and followed by MCPA. The fesults showed that of the three herbicides, chlorto-lur,on is the most toxic to mycorrhizal infection and the growth of Trifolium repens L. and followed by MCPA. The depressing effects on mycorrhizal infection confined to the early stages of the growth only. VA mycorrhizal inoculation significantly increased root infection, plant growth and the uptake of P and N by the plants. VAM infection greatly reduced the toxic effects of the herbicides on the plant growth.

用不灭菌的壤质黄潮土,在盆栽条件下研究了三种除草剂对VA菌根侵染和植物生长的影响。结果表明,三种除草剂的影响程度依次为绿麦隆>二甲四氯>氟乐灵;对菌根侵染的影响只出现在植物生长早期。接种VA菌根后,菌根侵染率、植物生长量、氮磷吸收量都显著大于不接种的对照植物。
