This comparative study on the referential methods for evaluating the synergism indicated that the synergismof two herbicides might be assessed by one of the five methods,namely Colby,like—Colby (MSM) ,two parameter ,dose-conversion (ADM) and regression analysis methods.Among these,like-Colby method is the least accurate, while Colby method anddose-conversion method are the best.The advan- tage of Colby method is simple in comptttation.The caculus method can show underlying correlation of herbicides interaction.Theoretically,the caculus method is more valid.It possesses a lot of functions including the evaluation of the nature,mangnitude and source of the interaction and the control of the best ratio.The dose-response regression polynomial may control the zone of the best ratio so as to direct the combination resea- rch and to reduce the research cost including man-power,materials and time.The accuracy,controlled by.this method was significant statistically.

作者介绍了除草剂二元混用的增效评价方法和配方控制的研究结果。参照型评价方法的比较研究指出,Colby 法、类 Colby 法(MSM)、双参数法、剂量换算法(ADM)和回归分析法均能不同程度地反应出除草剂混用的增效作用,其中类 Colby 法的准确性较差,剂量换算法和 Colby 法较好。Colby 法的优点是计算简单。微分法正确表达了除草剂相互作用的内在关系,在理论上更为正确,具有估价相互作用的性质、大小和来源以及控制最佳配方等多种功能。剂量—反应回归多项式可控制配方区间和最经济配比,这一控制方法的精度可满足统计学要求。

Three different conditions have been applied.(a) in the presence of sodium alkoxide, (b) in the presence of azobisisobuty-ronitrile, (c) in the 50% aqueous sodium hydroxide-benzene solution.Results from the priliminary biological tests showed that some compounds have sinificant inhibitory effects to the growth of coleoptiles of wheat and the emergence of. wheat seeds.The structures of these compounds have been confirmed by means of elemental analysis, IR,= 1H NMR, 13G NMR and MS.

通过O,O-二垸基硫代亚磷酸酯或O-烷基苯基硫代亚膦酸酯与衣康酸酯或N-苯基衣康酰亚胺的加成反应,合成了22个新化合物;其中有些化合物显示了植物生长调节剂活性。
