Objective: This study analysed the effect of different disposals to the interfaces of artificial teeth and resin-injection bases on their combined ability. Methods: The interfaces of the artificial teeth and resin-injection base were dealt with in four ways. (1) the conventional combination of resin tooth and base. (2) applying PMMA monomer coat on the combined surface of the resin tooth before combination. (3) making a retention form on interface of the resin tooth in addition to (2) before combination. (4) the porcelain tooth with gold retentive pin was used to combine with the base. The shearing force of the combination was measured by a test machine and the data were subjected to ANOVA to determine differences. Results: The shearing forces showed under the four conditions above were: (1)27. 04Mpa, (3)37. l7Mpa. (3) 109. 54Mpa, (4)219. 59Mpa. Conclusions: The combined force of the porcelain tooth and resin-injection base was significantly greater compared with that of the conventional combination of the resin tooth and resin-injection base. It is suggested that different diaposals to the interfaces between artificial teeth and resin-injection base had significant effect on their combination.

目的:分析不同界面处理对人工牙与注塑基托结合力的影响。方法:对人工牙和注塑基托界面进行不同处理,即(1)树脂人工牙与注塑基托常规结合;(2)树脂人工牙结合面涂布聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体加以溶胀后与注塑基托结合;(3)树脂人工牙结合面制备固位洞并涂布聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体加以溶胀后与注塑基托结合;(4)黄金钉瓷牙与注塑基托常规结合。运用材料万能实验机对结合试件进行剪切实验,通过剪切力反映结合力状况。结果:树脂人工牙与注塑基托常规结台剪切力为27.04MPa; 树脂人工牙结合面涂布聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体加以溶胀后与注塑基托结会剪切力为37.17MPa;树脂人工牙结合面制备固位洞并涂布聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体加以溶胀后与注塑基托结合剪切力为109.54MPa; 黄金钉瓷牙与注塑基托常规结合剪切力为219.59MPa。结论:黄金钉瓷牙与注塑基托常规结合的结合力最大.而树脂人工牙与注塑基托常规结合的结合力最小,两者之间有非常显著的差异,因此结合界面不同处理对人工牙与注塑基托结合力的影响很大。

The friction and wear behavior of 56 human enamel samples eroded with different organic acids were investigated by sliding against artificial porcelain teeth on an Optimol SRV oscillating friction and wear test rig, using a synthetic saliva as the lubricant medium. The wear volume loss data were analyzed statistically. The wear scars of the enamel of the human tooth observed with a scanning electron microscope and the element concentrations of Ca and P within and out of the wear scars were determined with energy dispersion spectrometry. The correlation among the wear behavior and the hardness and toughness of the enamel samples was discussed as well. As the results, the samples gave higher wear volume loss after eroded with the acids than immersed with distilled water, except that the one eroded with malic acid of pH 4.0 had a smaller wear volume loss. The lactic acid resulted in the largest enamel wear volume loss, followed with the citric acid and malic acid at a pH value of 4.0 (p<0.05), but they showed no significant difference at a pH value of 2.0. The enamels eroded with the organic acids were mainly characterized by abrasive wear and micro cracking. The difference of wear data was attributed to the different corrosive ability of the acids which led to different actions to the mechanical strength of the enamels and had little difference with decreasing pH value. Though the wear resistance of the enamels was related to the hardness and fracture toughness, it might depend on various other factors as well.

采用 3种不同 p H值的有机酸溶液处理成人天然牙试样 ,以人造瓷牙为摩擦偶件 ,通过在微动摩擦磨损试验机上模拟人类咀嚼运动 ,对比考察了天然牙釉质的磨损性能 ;结合硬度和断裂韧性变化、表面形貌及元素组成分析 ,探讨了各组酸处理对牙釉质摩擦磨损性能的影响机理 .结果表明 :除 p H=4 .0的苹果酸以外 ,经其他酸处理后牙釉质的磨损比经水处理后牙釉质的大 ;经 p H=4 .0的苹果酸、柠檬酸和乳酸处理后牙釉质的磨损依次增大 ;而经 p H=2 .0的 3种酸处理后牙釉质的磨损相差不大 .酸处理后牙釉质的磨损形式以磨粒磨损和疲劳断裂磨损为主 ,不同酸腐蚀对磨屑形成机理和尺寸以及釉质表面硬度影响不同 ,因而各组牙釉质的磨损不同 .当酸性较强时 ,不同种类的酸对牙釉质磨损影响的差别减弱

目的 探讨并比较各个年龄组人牙釉质磨损行为的异同。方法 采用老年恒牙、年轻恒牙及乳牙各 8个釉质样本 ,经体外模拟摩擦试验测得其磨损量 ,通过测量硬度和断裂韧性以及分析磨斑形貌和釉质中Ca、P、Si元素含量等揭示釉质的摩擦磨损机制。结果 老年恒牙、年轻恒牙、乳牙牙釉质磨损量分别为 :(2 4 0± 1 10 )× 10 -12 m3 、(3 5 0± 1 83)× 10 -12 m3 、(4 86± 2 4 9)× 10 -12 m3 ,其中老年恒牙磨损明显小于乳牙 (P <0 0 5 ) ,年轻恒牙与乳牙、老年恒牙与年轻恒牙磨损量间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但三者在机械性能和磨损特征方面均有所不同。结论 各年龄组人牙釉质与陶瓷牙对摩时 ,主要发生磨粒磨损和断裂磨损 ,各类牙釉质超微结构的差异决定了其抗磨性能的不同。人牙釉质的硬度和断裂韧性测量值与磨损量无对应关系
