Author thinks that to realize correctly the social environment and subjective factor will produce great influence on college students' mental health and the fosteringof their self-accepting attitude; to make use of the adaptation mechanism of men-tal frustration Scientifically will decrease the anxiety; to utilize correctly the informal group' s influence on students will form a small good environment to decrease students' mental block; to set up correct attitude towards life will enhance the toler-ance for frustration and form appropriate expectancy value to avoid faul. Through all these approaches and methods, the development of college students'mental health can be promoted.

本文通过对大学生心理健康现状的描述,根据大学生生理、心理发展的特点,分析了影响大学生心理发展的因素:遗传素质是基础和前提;社会环境是关键;主观因素起着重要的调节作用。本文认为:正确认识社会环境和主观因素对大学生心理健康的巨大影响,培养大学生自我接受的态度;科学利用心理挫折的适应机制,减轻焦虑;正确利用非正式群体对学生的影响,形成良好的小环境,减少大学生心理障碍;确立正确的人生态度,增强挫折容忍力,形成适度期望值,避免失误。通过这些途径和方法,促进大学生心理健康发展。

After entering colleges or universities, cognitive dissonance,emotional frustration happen to part of freshmen owing to the poor adaptation to the study and living condition of colleges,so that they became barriers in learning. The authors, according to the psychological characteristics of freshmen at present, suggest carrying on the prevention, education,consultation of the frustration psychology,in order to help and guide them to carry selfadjustment and get rid of frustration psychology.

大学新生入学后,部分学生由于对高校学习和生活环境适应能力差,出现了认知失调、情感受挫,甚至形成学习障碍。作者根据目前大学新生的心理特点,提出了开展对心理挫折的预防、挫折心理的帮教和心理挫折的咨询,帮助并指导他们进行自我调节,尽快摆脱挫折心理的基本方法。
