A high level of resistance to Dipterex (more than 240-fold) has been induced in larvae of the mosquito, Culex pipiens pollens Coquillett, by selection of a population collected from Zhabei District, Shanghai, in the laboratory. The Dipterex-resistant strain (RD strain) has developed different levels of cross-resistance to all organo-phosphates tested. A high level of resistance to Dipterex (more than 240-fold) has been induced in larvae of the mosquito, Culex pipiens pollens Coquillett, by selection of a population collected from Zhabei District, Shanghai, in the laboratory. The Dipterex-resistant strain (RD strain) has developed different levels of cross-resistance to all organo-phosphates tested. It showed a high level of dross-resistance to Dichlorvos (176-fold), Abate (85-fold) and Methyl parathion (51-fold), moderate level of cross-resistance to Malathion (40-fold), Fenthion (39-fold), Azodrin (22-fold), Phoxim (22-fold), Phos-phamidon (17-fold), Ofnack (14-fold), Parathion (13-fold), Sumithion (12-fold), and Ethyl Pirimiphos (11-fold), and low level of cross-resistance (less than 10-fold) to Diazinon, Brsan, Dimethioate, Ethyl Ainphos and Omethioate. It was found that the development of resistance to Dipterex seems to induce a slight negative cross-resistance to Pyrethrum, Tetramethrin, Permethrin and Resmethrin.Synergistic action of 29 compounds with Dipterex was evaluated in the RD strain and the normal strain (SEN strain). TPP, Kitazin, Kitazin-P, TOCP, Malathion, Ersan, Ofnack, Methyl Parathion, Fenthion, Sumithion, and Phosphamidon were all shown to have synergistic effect with Dipterex. Among these compoumds, TPP, Kitazin, Kitazin-P and TOCP had the most effective synergdstic activities with Dipterex, and its co-toxicity coefficients with Dipterex were 5.90, 4.84, 3.05 and 2.76 for the RD strain respectively, The synergistic action was not observed in the SEN strain.

1973年采集于上海闸北区的淡色库蚊幼虫在室内以敌百虫选育抗性品系(RD品系)获得成功,F_12代的LC_50已为室内正常品系(SEN)的240多倍。RD品系的抗性谱表明,对有机磷杀虫剂均具有不同程度的交互抗性;对有机氯如DDT、丙体666和氨基甲酸酯类等杀虫剂无明显的交互抗性;对天然除虫菊和拟除虫菊酯类有低度的负交互抗性。并测定了29种药剂与敌百虫混用对RD品系和SEN品系的增效作用。还测定了对敌百虫有较高交互抗性的杀虫剂分别与TPP,TOCP、稻瘟净、异稻瘟净和增效醚混用后的增效作用。

本文汇集了1974—1979年以来,有机磷农药(乐果、敌敌畏和乙酰甲胺磷)在蔬菜上的41个残留降解动态田间试验区中,近千份各类蔬菜样品残留量的实测数据,并对其进行数理统计分析,结果表明,这些有机磷农药在蔬菜上的残留降解规律近似于单分子一级反应,由此可求得残留半衰期。不同条件下降解速率各不相同。本文进一步对影响残留降解的环境因子作了论述,并提出了这些农药在各类蔬菜上安全合理使用的指标。

The pine tussock moth nuclear polyhedrosis virus is among the most important natural enemies. The parasitism of egg is about 50-75 per cent and the mortality of pupae is about 89 per cent.The results of experiments showed that Resmethrin, Trichlorphon, Dichlorvos and Abate were very effective in the control of the larvae.

松茸毒蛾(Dasychira axutha Collenette)是马尾松(Pinus massoniana)的重要害虫,在广东湛江地区一年发生4代,第一代3月中下旬至6月中旬,第二代5月下旬至8月上旬,第三代7月中旬至10月上旬,第四代9月中旬至翌年8月。幼虫一般为6—7龄,以蛹越冬,在枯枝落叶或灌木丛中结茧。 已经采集到18种天敌,包括寄生性天敌11种;捕食性天敌4种。病菌3种。其中特别重要的天敌是松茸毒蛾核多角体病毒。卵期寄生率达51—75%,蛹期死亡率达89%。 试验结果表明,除虫菊脂、敌百虫、敌敌畏和双硫磷对防治幼虫有很好的效果。
