Tests on prototype engines have been done. It is observed that power performance and economy per-formance of CA6102B1 are better than the old one, and exhaust emissions meet requirement of the local environmental stan-dard of Beiing with the EGR system equipped.

CA6102B1电子燃油喷射发动机是在原CA6102基本型基础上,更改了配气、供油及点火等系统而成。介绍了CA6102B1发动机供给系统及电器部分的基本结构、喷油量调整、点火提前角调整和节气门喉口直径的选取方法,并对样机进行了试验。可以看出,CA6102B1单点喷射发动机的动力性、经济性均优于原机,通过装EGR装置排放指标能满足北京市地方环境标准。

According to the requirements of Euro3 and Euro4 emission regulation,optimize the emission of cold start/warm-up work condition of 1.6L2VRSH engines that are equipped with Jetta and Bora passenger cars.Through some methods such as selecting catalytic converter appropriately,nominal optimization of air-fuel ratio,adjusting the advance angle of ignition,adding 2nd air system etc,and make 1.6L2VRSH engine meet the requirements of Euro3 and Euro4 emission regulations.

根据欧3/欧4排放法规的要求,对捷达/宝来轿车装备的1.6L2VRSH型发动机冷起动/暖机工况排放进行了优化。通过采取合理选择催化转换器、空燃比标定优化、调整点火提前角、加装二次空气系统等措施,可使1.6L2VRSH型发动机分别满足欧3、欧4排放标准。
