There were 17 species and 2 subspecies,of which Epimedium acuminatum,E.leptorrhizum and E. wushanensewere the main species.The productivity and quality of Epimedium acuminatum were the highest,while the quality of E.leptorrhizum was relatively low.Conclusion Guichou is abundant in resource of Herba Epimedii.Epimedium acuminatum is the major resource and is worthy of further research and development.The entry of Epimedium acuminatum in the new edition of China Pharmacopoeia is recommended.

目的 调查研究贵州产淫羊藿野生资源 ,并对其质量进行考察对比 ,为半野生中药材淫羊藿 GAP基地建设及其 SOP的制订提供依据 ,以求淫羊藿资源的可持续利用。方法 深入贵州的淫羊藿产区进行资源调查 ,分类学研究 ,黄酮类成分质量考察评价。结果 基本查明贵州产淫羊藿的野生资源 ,现知有淫羊藿属药用植物 17种 2变种 ,以粗毛淫羊藿、黔岭淫羊藿、巫山淫羊藿等为主流品种 ,粗毛淫羊藿产量最大而质量佳 ,黔岭淫羊藿质量相对较差。结论 贵州的淫羊藿资源丰富 ,粗毛淫羊藿是目前药用的主要来源 ,值得深入研究与开发 ,并建议新版《中国药典》予以收载

OBJECTIVE Summarize the research progress on Phaeoporus obliquus.METHODS Sum up the progress in the research of formal name character of taxology and morphologic,the nature of liquid ferment chemical components and the research of its pharmacological on P.obliquus.RESULTS Its main chemical components are triterpenoid,the water extraction of P.obliquus have good antitumor antioxidation,and antivirus activity.CONCLUSION As a rarity medicinal fungi,P.obliquus is valuable to be reaearched fartherly.

目的介绍药用菌桦褐孔菌的研究进展。方法以国内外发表的文献为依据,从其学名、分类学地位、形态、液体培养特性、化学成分、药理学研究方面综述了桦褐孔菌的研究进展。结果桦褐孔菌化学成分主要是三萜类化合物,其菌核水提物具有良好的抑制肿瘤,抗氧化,抗病毒作用。结论桦褐孔菌是一种很有研究价值的药用菌。
