This paper describes an attenuation standard for telecommunication carrier frequency developed by the NIM and the Institute of Telecommunication. After having investigated in detail the error transfer relation of the multi-decades two-staged inductive voltage dividers used as an intermediate frequency attenuation standard, we designed and manufactured the inductance IF standard attenuator which is especially suitable to the attenuation calibration in a wide dynamic range. This paper describes an attenuation standard for telecommunication carrier frequency developed by the NIM and the Institute of Telecommunication. After having investigated in detail the error transfer relation of the multi-decades two-staged inductive voltage dividers used as an intermediate frequency attenuation standard, we designed and manufactured the inductance IF standard attenuator which is especially suitable to the attenuation calibration in a wide dynamic range. The characteristics of those devices have appreciably improved, such as the linear frequency inverter for lower IF, the 10kHz IF receiver with high stability, low noise and high gain, a constant-level zero indicator with high resolution, as well as the phase-locked frequency and amplitude stabilized signal sources. The frequeccy range of this apparatus is 10kHz to 30MHz and the attenuation measuring range is 0 to 80dB. The total uncertainty is ±(0.005-0.03)% per 10 decibels.

The Individually-Considering Method is usually employed to analyse the low frequency characteristics of a single typical common-emitter audiofrequency amplifier biased by a voltage divider with negative current feedback in the majority of domestic electronics literatures. With this method the effects of the coupling capacitor and the emitter by-Pass capacitor on the lower cut-off frequency f_1 are considered separately, the results are to be revised according to the fact that both effects exist simultaneously....

Few Literatures available use. The Comprehensively-Considering Method which takes into Consideration effects of all Capacitors on f_1 simultaneously and quotes its formulas from foreign literatures. In this paper the The latter's results are derived completely. Compared with The Individually-Considering Method the latter are shown to be more reasonable and to be of more general significance than the former. Served as a basis for selecting the values of coupling and by-pass capacitors in designing a circuit The Comprehensively-Considering Method gives calculation formulas directly and makes the selection of capacitance simpler, more convienent and more reasonable so as to make the equipment smaller in its size and cheaper in cost with a satisfactory low frequency performance. A practical example and its experimental results are provided.

对典型的单级电流负反馈分压式偏置共发射低频放大器低频特性的分析,国内大多采用熟知的“单独考虑法”,即分别考虑耦合电容和射极旁通电容对低频截止频率f_1的影响,然后针对两者同时并存时的影响加以修正。个别的采用了同时考虑各电容对F_1的影响的“综合考虑法”,并援引了国外文献上的结论。本文完整地推导了后者所得的结果。通过和“单独考虑法”作比较表明,后者比前者更为合理,更具有普遍意义。作为设计电路时选取耦合电容和旁路电容数值的依据,“综合考虑法”直接给出了计算公式,使电容的选取简便,更灵活且更合理,从而使得在满足低频响应的条件下,使设备体积小、价格低。文章给出了电路实例,并附有实测数据。

This paper presents the results on energy coupling process of an excimer laser of Blumlein type UV preionization, using a group of voltage divider with a rise time of 0.8 ns and volttgeresistane of 60 kv and magneto-optic method. The problems on the optimum coupling form are discussed.
