This paper discusses the importance and necessity of providing a constant false alarm rate (CFAR) processor for harbour radar in order to enable the whole system to fulfil its task even in very severe clutter environment. Technical measures for suppressing sea clutters are also given. Emphasis is placed upon a nonparametric generalized sign test CFAR processor including its principles, features as well as test results in Qingdao hatbout.

在现代化水上交通管制系统中的港口雷达,都利用了电子计算机进行数据处理,使整个系统自动化功能有了显著的提高,然而海杂波的的干扰问题,直至目前尚未完善地解决。本文指出了水上交通管制系统中的港口雷达,配备恒虚警率处理装置的重要性和必要性。唯此方能维持整个系统在严重的干扰环境下,很好地完成它的任务。文中还介绍了抑制海杂波的技术措施,特别侧重地介绍了非参量法中的修正一般符号恒虚警率检测装置的工作原理及其设备的特点,并给出该设备在青岛港实地试验的结果。

本文根据大连港附近海上交通流的观测数据,先从海上交通工程学的角度对港口的交通情况进行了统计分析,内容主要包括单位时间内到港船舶数量分布、船舶抛锚待泊数、水道内单位时间船舶会遇次数的数学模型及水道中船舶航迹的分布模型.继而对建立港口雷达站的方案作了探讨.最后根据上述结果,对海上交通管理问题提出若干建议.

This paper descibles the principle of the adaptive threshold control in Harbour Radar Signal Processor. Its CFAR property is theoretically analysed and calculated. The results prove that this precessor is not nonparametric CFAR precessor and not CFAR processor for the Weibull sea cultter. As an example, an effective nonparametric CFAR processor and its CFAR are given.

本文叙述了一种港口雷达数据处理自适应门限装置的工作原理,并对其虚警性能进行了理论分析和计算。结果表明:该电路不是非参量恒虚警处理电路,对Weibull分布的海杂波不具备恒虚警性能。作为一个实例,文中给出了一个行之有效的非参量恒虚警处理电路,并对其中性能进行了理论分析和计算。
