This paper presents the study of kinesic press-finger compress method for the treatment of TMJD and internal derangement of TMJ. This paper presents the study of kinesic press-finger compress method for the treatment of TMJD and internal derangement of TMJ. It is a non-invassive approach, based on modern medicine combining with channals and collateral theory of Chinese traditional medicine. Three pairs of acupoints of Yang channals——Shang Guan, Xia Guan, Quan Liao, Ting Gong, Jia Che, Nei Jia Che——were selected. Theoretically, kinesic press will promote the microcirculation of adrenergie receptors of the joint to relieve blood stagnation and viscosity in order to improve physiological function of the articular movements and surrounding tissues; finger compress will modulate the position of articular disc and condyle, for the reduction of meniscus and condlyar displacement.In 228 clinical treated cases the short-term curative effect was 98.2%. The mean maximal jaw opening in 157 cases before and after treatment were 3.11 and 4.26cm respectively (P<0.01).In 113 long-term follow-up cases (6 mos—10 yrs), the curative effect was 86.73%. The mechanism of TMJD and internal derangement of TMJ has also been discussed.

按动指压法治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱及内错乱是用现代医学理论,结合祖国医学经络学说,无损伤的手法。取头面部阳经穴位三对:上关,下关;颧髎、昕宫;颊车,内颊车。以按动来调节血管神经的交感受体,增加微循环,减少瘀血和血液粘稠度,恢复关节及周围组织的生理功能,以指压来调整关节盘髁状突运动的不协调,复位关节盘和髁状突的移位。临床治疗228例近期有效率98.2%。157例治疗前张口度均数为3.11cm,治效后4.26cm(p<0.01)。113例于半年至10年后随访复查,远期疗效86.73%。文中还分析了TMJ功能紊乱症及其内错乱并对本法的治疗机理作了探讨。

X-ray films of each specimen with and without ligaments have been taken in eight different positions and the movement of the joint was analysed. In specimen without ligaments, the condylar process rotates around a central axis about 6 mm underneath the condylar crest. The movement occurs between the condylar process and the articular disc. In specimen with ligaments intact, the opening of the mouth acts on a fixed axis, which is eccentric and lies about 12 mm underneath the condylar crest. The condylar process glides with the disc together in a foreward and downward direction.

In this paper,the viscoelastic constitutive equation, the hysteresis, the stresses relaxation and creep of the materials of the articular disc and two kinds of artificial articular disc are analysed.These experimental results may be used for clinical stomatology.

本文实验分析人体关节盘和二种人工关节盘材料的粘弹特性,即本构关系、滞后特性、应力松弛和蠕变特性。试验结果可提供口腔临床医学的参考。
