The Ageenkov's scheme of phase analysis of complicate copper ores has thedisadvantages that(1)most components are not determined directly but calculatedfrom a series of simultaneous equations,(2)some methods are based upon non-stoichiometric reactions,(3)it necessitates the use of potassium cyanide and(4)it neglects the interference of accompanying minerals,such as sphalerite,galena,pyrite etc.An improved scheme is proposed,which eliminates most of the above-mentioneddisadvantages.Malachite is extracted from the mixture by an alkaline solution ofsodium potassium tartrate in an atmosphere of nitrogen.Cuprite is dissolved bythe same tartrate solution in a current of oxygen.The residue is then treated witha 2% solution of ferric sulphate containing 5% sulphuric acid to dissolve onehalf of the chalcocite copper.A saturated solution of silver sulphate containing 5%of acetic acid is used instead of potassium cyanide for the dissolution of bornitecopper and the remaining cupric sulphide from chalcocite.Preliminary experiments show that sphalerite interferes the determination ofcuprite copper,causing somewhat low results.No interference is observed in thedetermination of other constituents by sphalerite,galena,pyrite and ferrous andferric oxides.The results obtained with the improved scheme are more reliablethan those with Ageenkov's schemes.

本文提出复杂铜矿物相分析的修订方法。用硷性酒石酸盐溶液溶解孔雀石,用同一试剂及氧气溶解赤铜矿,用硫酸铁溶解辉铜矿之半,用硫酸银溶解另一半辉铜矿及斑铜矿,最后用王水溶解黄铜矿。本法除个别情形外,一般组份均直接测定而无须间接计算;避免反应程度不固定的反应;不用剧毒的氰化钾;亦解决象闪锌矿、方铅矿及黄铁矿等伴生矿物的干扰;而结果比现用方法可靠。

Radioactive Fe~(55,59) was used in this study as tracer to study the reaction mechanism. Results are in agreement with the mechanism proposed recently and indicate that the one reported in the literature is incorrect.

本文叙述1975年6-9月作无氰浮选小型与工业实验成果,并对结果作了分析与探讨。作者认为,对于那些黄铁矿含量少或黄铁矿易被抑制的铅锌矿石,采用优先浮选而不用氰化物作抑制剂是可行的,但对于那些含量大且可浮性好的黄铁矿的矿石,如果完全不用氰化物则要从药方与流程等来考虑。
