According fo the relation (μ△~H_d) betwecn the permeability of the ferrite and the magnetizing field, a new method of rapid tuning without any movable mechanical parts can be realized by applying a controllable, direct curreut magnetic bias field to the ferrite core of the tuning coil. A preliminary study of this ferrite pertaining to some such properties for certain purpose, of the plan to design the device for the electronic tuning, of the fand width of modulating frequency and of the effect of the value Q have been made. Experience of using this ferrite shows that this ferrite serves well continuously in a tuning device with a power of 30 watts and a frequecy band of 2MHz~45MHz. It has the advantages of rapid tuning, easy maniputating and antiseimic to the mechanical shocks.

This paper introduces the experimental investigation of key process for the finned tube of air cooler. Through adopting some special technologies such as partially galvanized—proof, mechanical shock and passivation etc., some quality problems on the finned tube surface such as missing galvanizing, zinc lump between the fins and white rust are resolved.
