Experiments show that dynamic perfor-mance of this type of servovalve is good, the bandwidth of this valve is 550Hz at-3db, 307Hz at-90°. Rated flow capacity of servovalve is 10 1/min. A hydraulic reciprocating saw used for ocean engineering has been developed by our research institute. It employs a kind of special mechanical feedback device,relizes high frequent recipr- ocating movement of the hydraulic piston which controled by doubl spool hydraulic reversing slide valve. In this paper, the author analyses the design, static and dynamic, performances of the system, and deseribes. The result of computer emulation and experiment verifying the correctness of the theory.
