Ram spermatozoa obtained energy from glycolysis and a vast amount of lactic acid was produced under the non-oxygen condition.In this paper,We studied the effects of carnosine and gossypol on the glycolytic pathway of the ram spermatozoa by examing the quantity of absorbed fructose and produced lactic acid in the sperm.The results indicated that:(1) Carnosine(4 mM) significantly increased the glycolysis of ram spermatozoa and stimulated them to absorb the fructose.(2) Gossypol(12 μM) had no inhibitory...

The effects of carnosine on the motility of sperm were closely correlative to the time and sequence adding carnosine and gossypol.4) Carnosine hadn't any harmful effects to the ultrastructure of ram spermatozoa. However, gossypol could cause the serious injury of ram spermatozoa and organic membrane system, collapse of axoneme and confusion of mitochondria helixes.

从猪胴体脂肪酸组成特点及其改变的可能性入手 ,系统综述了饲粮中添加不同种类与水平的油脂、全脂油籽与饼粕对猪胴体脂肪酸组成的改善 ,以及维生素E、硒、维生素C、类胡萝卜素与肌肽对不饱和脂肪酸含量较高的胴体脂肪氧化稳定性的增强效应 ,并指出了今后的研究和发展方向。
