This paper is a stage report of the research on new laser ceramic alloying pistion ring.Laser alloying of C Si B RE+WC on nodular cast iron using CO 2 laser has been made.The microstructure and characteristics of the strengthened layers have been analyzed and the wear resistance experiments on the laser alloying treated samples have been done.The results demonstrate that laser eutectic alloying of C Si B RE+WC on nodular cast iron is able to achieve satisfying layers with high hardness and wear resistance which are free of cracks.The tribological experiments on different alloying test blocks with GCr15 steel test piston rings have also been made and the results show that on the condition that WC dissolves completely,the laser alloying layer with 15%WC in its coating is able to achieve the best wear resistance.

本文是研制新型激光陶瓷合金化活塞环的阶段研究报告。采用CO2 激光器对球墨铸铁表面的C Si B RE +WC涂层进行了激光合金化处理。研究了强化层的显微组织和性能 ,并对激光处理的试样进行了耐磨性试验。结果表明 ,对球墨铸铁表面的C Si B RE +WC涂层进行激光处理可获得硬度高、耐磨性好、没有裂纹的强化层。在环块式磨损试验机上用不同合金化涂料的试块对GCr1 5钢试环进行了摩擦学试验。结果表明当WC完全溶解时 ,涂料中加入 1 5%WC的激光合金化层具有最佳耐磨性能。

The power output of the laser is 20004000W the diameter of the focusing light spot is 3.5mm scanning speed is 0.150.20m/min and the overlap coefficient of the scanning strip is 0.3~0.4. Field test shows that the mean service life of the laser ceramic alloyed plunger reaches 2700h 46 times of that of spray welded plungers.

油田注水用高压柱塞泵柱塞服役工况恶劣,常用的喷焊Ni60+镍包WC金属陶瓷柱塞因涂层中及涂层与基体界面存在微观空隙和裂纹,易造成涂层块状剥落甚至大面积剥落,使涂层的设计性能未能充分发挥。研制的激光熔覆金属陶瓷柱塞,熔覆合金的优化组分是:C-Si-B-Re共晶合金粉末中加入30%WC粉末和25%TiC粉末;激光器窗口输出功率为2000~2400W,聚焦光斑直径35mm,扫描速度015~020m/min,扫描带搭接系数为03~04。现场试验表明,激光熔覆金属陶瓷柱塞的平均使用寿命达2700h,是喷焊柱塞的4~6倍。
