This paper makes a survey of developments in the domain of information theory in the last thirty years.Five problems have been discussed,namely:Shannon Theory;channel coding;mo- dern information theories;the detection and estimation theory;and the information or signal processing. Since attention paid to the first and third problems by workers in our electronics circles is in general insufficient,an account of the major historical achievements in those problems have been concisely presented.In respect of the detection and estimation theory,the difference between the theory of quantum detection and estimation and the theory of classical signal detection and parameter estimation is simply stated.Besides these five problems,the author suggests three other areas deserving of fur- ther attention of our information workers in the near future,namely:cryptography;the relations between information theory and other branches of science;and the information science.

本文回顾了三十年来的信息论的发展。这个回顾分为五个问题,即 Shannon 信息论,信道编码,近代信息论,检测和估计理论,信息或信号处理问题。一般说来,国内的电子工作者对第一和第三两个问题注意不多,所以扼要地陈述了历史上较重要的成果。在检测和估计理论方面简单地阐明了量子检测和估计理论与经典的信号检测和参数估计理论的不同点。在这五个问题以后,作者又提出在近期我国信息论工作者应该给予注意的三个方面。它们是:保密学,信息论与其它学科的关系和信息科学。

量子信号处理是一种基于量子检测原理的信号处理框架.本文通过借鉴量子信号处理的思想,给出了一种新的线性多用户检测器:加权正交匹配滤波检测器.理论分析和仿真结果表明:新检测器只需要多用户系统中的扩频码已知,就可以在不同的工作环境下,通过灵活调整影响因子,分别实现与解相关检测器、匹配滤波检测器相同的性能;且新检测器的最佳性能与线性最小均方误差检测器的性能接近.
