    The low resistance aluminium top ring armature called aluminium-steel bimetal composite material is mainly applied in the new type of electro-magnetic slip speed control motor.It canincrease the motor speed or decrease the slip frequency,increase the efficiency,decrease both ofvolume and weight of motor itself,and save the raw material for manufacturing motor.Consequently,It makes the speed control motor light duty,high speed and high efficiency.First the steel was immersed into the liquid aluminium bath,after the surface of steel waspenetrated with aluminium,put it into the metallic mould,then pour pure liquid aluminium on thepenetrated surface,thus the aluminium and steel would be made metallurgical Combining.Thistechnology is reliable and the combining is secure.The effects of penetrating temperature and time on the combining strength have been investigated,and the microstructures in the interface are also examined by using optical microscope,SEM andelectron microprobe.In this work,the combining trength can reach 2.gkg/mm~(?)and the τ_(m?)is about 6.6kg/mm~2。The combining process of aluminium and steel obeys the laws of reacting diffusion.The structureof reacting diffusion layer is metallic compound Fe_2Al,.The silicon obstructs the diffusion betweniron and aluminlum The surface of steel electroplated with copper,chromium,or nickel has littleinfluence on the combining strength between aluminium and steel.

The compound grew into steel in the shape of the growth kinetics equation was 1β_(2n)=9.94exp. When Iβ_(2n)was larger than 30~40 μm,allowable bending...

When Iβ_(2n)was larger than 30~40 μm,allowable bending angle of ASCP was redced very fast,the angle was less than 40° when Iβ_(2n) was large than 50 μm. So that, ASCP should not be heated over 500℃ in order to prevent formation of interfacial compound and to provide for the composite plate a good deformation property.

    研究了铝-钢复合板在650C以下加热后铝/钢界面的组织变化及其复合板的冷弯性能。结果表明,在500C以下加热界面基本无化合物生成,而在500~650C之间加热界面上生成FeAl(β_(2n))金属间化合物,以锯齿状向钢侧生长,生长的动力学为。当l~(β_(2n))>30~40 μm时复合板的弯曲角快速减小,l~(β_(2n))>50μm后弯曲角减小到40°以下,因此铝-钢复合板加热温度不要超过500C,以防止界面化合物的生成,保证铝-钢复合板有良好的变形性能。
