本文对40例严重烧伤后高血钠的临床资料进行分析。认为高钠血症的原因主要为对不显性失水补充不足,持续输入含钠溶液,内分泌紊乱、败血症和溶质性利尿。高钠血症较为难治,死亡率高。因此,对血清钠增高进行及时治疗将十分重要,需要更多注意的是对持续暴露在干热环境中的大面积Ⅱ度烧伤要充分补水,而且在早期休克的回收期应减少含钠溶液的输入。同时需采取的防治措施有给乙酰唑胺和速尿,以及手术切痂,以去除高钠血症中蓄积在水肿液里的钠库。

The mixed convection phenomena in the sodium pool of fast reactor have been studied systematically by the two dimensional modeling method. A generalized concept of circumferencialline in the cylindrical ccordinates was proposed to overcome the three dimensional effect inducedby the pool geometry in an analysis of two dimensional modeling.A method of sub-step in timewas developed for solving the turbulent equations. The treatments on the boundary condition forthe auxiliary velocity field have been proposed,and the explaination of allowing the flow functionmethod to be used in the flow field in presence of a mass source term was given.As examples of verification, the experiments were conducted with water flow in a rectangularcavity, The results from theoretical analysis were applied to the numerical computation for themixed convection in the cavity. The mechanism of stratified flow in the cavity was studied.A nu-merical calculation was carried out for the mixed convection in hot plenum of a typical fastreactor.

Upon the fundamentals of porosity approximation and staggered grid, A set of source program code was developed for numerical simulation on three-dimensional flow and heat transfer in flow fields with multi-obstacles. Application of this program code on flow and heat transfer in sodium pool of a fast breeder reactor turned out reasonable result.

根据空隙率模拟的基本概念,针对采用交错网格的压力校正法,编制了多障碍物流动传热三维计算的源程序代码,应用于某核反应堆钠池流动传热的数值模拟,获得了比较合理的结果。
