The recently developed synthetic pyrethroid insecticides ( fenvalerate, decamethrin ) have been selected in several tests for the control of Setora Postornata in the peach orchard in the suburbs of Hangzhou from 1980 to 1982. The recently developed synthetic pyrethroid insecticides ( fenvalerate, decamethrin ) have been selected in several tests for the control of Setora Postornata in the peach orchard in the suburbs of Hangzhou from 1980 to 1982. Spraying with these two synthetic pyrethroids was found to be very effective in controlling the larvae of the 1st and 2nd generations. The effective concentration of fenvalerate was 50 to 100 ppm and of decamethrin 5 to 10 ppm. The period of the residual effect lasted at least for 15 days.

Conversely, all of the sis pyrethroids tested, such as fenvalerate, permethrin, wusuanmizhi, cypermetlirim, cleltamethrim and AC222705, displayed positive tempera-ture coefficients for nymphs of the pear tingid Stephanitis nashi Esaki et Takeya. For larvae of the army worm Mythimna. separata (Walker), cypermethrin caused de-creased mortality as the posttreatment temperatureincreased. However, fenvalerate,wu-suanmizhi, permethrin and deltamethrin all possessed positive temperature coefficients. Similarly, with fenvalerate and deltamethrin there were marked increases in loxicity at a higher temperature for eggs of M. separata. Both fenvalerate and wusuanmizhi also displayed positive temperature coeffieients for larvae of the mosquito Culex pipicns pattens Coq. While permethrin and wusuamuizhi pxhibited negative temperature coefficient, fenvalerate displayed a neutral temperature coefficient for larvae of the diamon-dback moth Plutella xylostella (L.).

And reseach bring up Fenvalerate in security use standard on cabbage and tomato,when Fenvalerate at concentration of 40ppm was sprayed during the growing stage of the cabbage plant,the dissipation of the pesticide was 90% on the 11 day,the half-life of Fenvalerate on the cabbage was about 2.9— 3.7 days in the field,the growth dilution of the cabbage decreased the le- red of pesticide residue in the cabbage,with 2—3 applicalions of Fenvale- rate 20EC at 25—40 ml/mou,at 5 day interval,the cabbage no residue was detected(residus being below 1.0ppm). In summer,when Fenvalerate at concentration of 60 ppm was sprayed during the growing stage of the tomato plant,the dissiption of the pesticide was 80% on the 2.3 day.At maturity,2applications(at 3day interal)of Fenvalerate 20EC 30—40ml/mou,the residue on the tomato fruit was found to be below 0.2ppm.

用气相色谱法检测拟除虫菊酯类农药——氰戊菊酶在甘兰及蕃茄上的残留。样品用石油醚、丙酮(1+1)提取,苯—乙酸乙酯通过弗罗里硅土淋洗净化。色谱分析用0.8m×3mm玻璃柱填充涂有3%ov—101的 Gas Chrom Q 担体(80—100目)用电子捕获检测器,一般可检出氰戊菊酯的最小检出量为0.87×10~(-11)克。同时研究提出氰戊菊酯在甘兰和番茄上的安全使用方法。在甘兰生长期喷施40ppm 氰戊菊酯溶液,喷药后11天,药液在甘兰上消失90%以上,残留半衰期约2.9—3.7,甘兰的生长稀释,降低了甘兰中的农药残留水平。在生长期喷施20%氰戊菊酯乳油25—40毫升/亩.施药2—3次,间隔期5天,在甘兰中的农药残留量低于1.0mg/kg(允许残留量)。在夏季,番茄生长期喷施60ppm 的氰戊菊酯溶液,喷药后8天,药剂在番茄果上消失80%以上,残留半衰期约为2.3天。喷施20%氰戊菊酯乳油30—40毫升/亩,用药2次,间隔期3天在番茄全果中的农药残留量低于0.2mg/kg(允许残留量)。
