本文通过菌斑量的测定,胞外多糖的提取和测定,对受植物红花作用后,降低了酶活性的变形链球菌附着能力进行了体外实验观察。结果提示,随红花浓度增加,细菌附着能力下降,菌斑形成量减少,细菌总蛋白亦下降,菌斑中胞外葡聚糖含量降低。由此可见,植物红花的抗菌斑作用主要表现在抑制胞外葡聚糖产生。

Cell-free glucosgltransferases(GTFs) in human saliva were studied. The result showed that there are cell-free GTFs in human saliva. These enzymes are able to adsord to the surface of Streptococcus mutans,Streptococcus Sanguis, dental plaque and hydroxyapatite, and keep their glucan synthesis activities. It is suggested that cell-free GTFs in human saliva may play an important role in sucrose induced plaque formation.

对人体口腔唾液中细胞游离型葡糖基转移酶(GTF)的测定结果表明,该酶能吸附到菌细胞及羟基磷灰石表面并保持酶活性,提示其在蔗糖依赖性附着和菌斑形成过程中的作用不容忽视。

This study showed that insoluble glucan hydrolase(IGase) can decompose insoluble polysacchartdes produced by S. mutans,and effectively break down experimental plaque. No virulent stimu]ation and side effects were found when IGase was applied to the oral mucous membrane of mice. The clinical test indicated that IGasecan significantly control the formation of human dental plaque. This investigation can provide a biological way to prevent dental caries.

本研究通过实验观察,证实非水溶性葡聚糖水解酶(insoluble glucan hydrolase)能降解非水溶性葡聚糖粘附物中多糖成分,松散牙菌斑结构,且对口腔粘膜无刺激作用及不良影响,能显著抑制人体口腔内牙菌斑形成。
