The characteristic extraction, feature extraction and classifier design are carried out, The feature is extracted by the Fourier transformation The classification and identification are carried out by the K-NN decision rule. In order to accelerate the computation speed of K-NN decision rule, a fast classification method in linear space is derived.

本文主要研究了植物染色体图象预处理与计算机自动分析。预处理包括复原与几何处理两部分。鉴于染色体图象的具体情况,我们设计了一种新的复原方法——多元回归复原方法。将该方法应用于模拟图象和植物染色体图象的结果表明:该方法速度快,复原效果颇好。以此为基础,进行几何处理(包括放大,中轴提取与拟合)。在预处理的基础上,再进行计算机自动分析(包括特性提取、特征提取与分类器设计)。我们选用Fourier变换进行特征提取,然后利用K—NN判别规则进行分类、识别。为了加快K—NN判别规则的运算速度,还提出了线性空间的快速分类技术。
