Results:The remineraliz ing rate in the group of GIC, Dycal and zinc phosphate cement was 31.22%,13.19 % and 8.92% respectively (P<0.05).Conclusion:GIC is an eff ective blocking material for soft dentin remineralization.

目的 :比较玻璃离子水门汀 (GIC)、氢氧化钙 (Dycal)及磷酸锌水门汀对软化牙本质的再矿化作用。方法 :选择 60颗减数正畸牙 ,经过备洞后脱矿 ,随机分成 3组 ,分别以玻璃离子水门汀、氢氧化钙及磷酸锌水门汀垫底 ,氧化锌丁香油水门汀封闭 ,经人工唾液中浸泡 3 0d后切片 ,显微放射照相 ,根据各自再矿化部位矿物质含量来比较 3种垫底材料对于脱矿牙本质再矿化作用的差异。结果 :玻璃离子水门汀垫底组脱矿牙本质的再矿化率平均值为 3 1.2 2 % ,氢氧化钙垫底组脱矿牙本质再矿化率平均值为 13 .19% ,磷羧酸锌水门汀垫底组脱矿牙本质再矿化率平均值为 8.92 %。 3组之间再矿化率的差异分别具有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :玻璃离子水门汀较氢氧化钙和磷酸锌水门汀对软化牙本质有更强的再矿化作用。
