The Diffusion and release process of cesium in aluminium substrates was studied in a detailed way.The cesium atoms in the aluminium substrates were introduced by cesium ion implantation. The cesium concentration profiles in the alumininm substrate were measured by technique of Rutherford Backscattering (RBS) of 2MeV~4He~+ beams. The diffusion coefficient of desium in aluminium is determined by analyzing the mobility and releasedata of cesium in aluminium during isochronal annealing.The experimental results indicate that the diffusion behaviours of cesium in single crystalline and poly crystalline aluminium substrates are comparable with each other. The diffusion coefficient of cesium in aluminium versus temperature for the case of cesium ion implantation to the dose of N_d=6×10~(16) ions cm~(-2) can be expressed as D(?)0.02 exp(-46000/RT) cm~2 sec~(-1), and for the case of lower implant dose (N_d(?)10~(16) ions. cm~2) can be expressed as D(?)0.02exp (-44000/RT) cm~2 sec~(-1). The existence of permanent strong trapping centers is justified by the experimental results.

Five hydrazones containing two benzocrown units were prepared by the reaction of bishydrazines containing pyrimidine, triazine, pyridinc rings and the 4'-formyl bcnzo-15-crown-5, benzo-18-crown-6 ethers with good yields. All these new bis-crown ethers were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 'HNMR, and MS. But the bis-crown ethers containing benzo-18-crown-6 units only formed 2 : 1 complexes with cesium ion. In addition, extraction were carried out from aqueous alkali metal picrates solution with bis-crown ethers solution in chloroform and extraction equilibrium constants were also evaluated. The results indicate that their extractability and cation-selectivity are more effectively than the corresponding monocyc'ic crown ethers.

本文报道了五个腙型双冠醚的合成。电导测定结果表明含苯并-15-冠-5单元的双冠醚与四苯基硼酸钾、铷、铯,含苯并-18-冠-6单元的双冠醚与四苯基硼酸铯生成2:1夹心型配合物(冠醚单元:金属离子)。并用这些双冠醚的氯仿溶液萃取苦味酸碱金属盐水溶液,测定了萃取百分率和计算了萃取平衡常数,结果表明腙型双冠醚的萃取能力及选择性优于相应的单冠醚。

According to the surface ionization principle, the cesium--tungsten system at high temperature behaves high ionization efficiency.The cesium--ion source that we manufactured is consisted of ion emitting electrode, control electrode and ion draw electrodes....

According to the surface ionization principle, the cesium--tungsten system at high temperature behaves high ionization efficiency.The cesium--ion source that we manufactured is consisted of ion emitting electrode, control electrode and ion draw electrodes. The ion emitting electrode is a porous tungsten welded to an end of nickel tube which holds cesium-chromate and Zr-Al agent. By a microcomputer we calculate the potential distribution of ion optic lens and ion TRAJ in the space. The paper gave the experimental measuring results for the cesium-ion source.

在光电阴极制备及对其作表面分析时,铯离子源较中性铯源有一定的优点。根据表 面电离的原理,我们研制了多孔钨铯离子源。利用微机对整个离子源的空间、轴上电位 分布及离子运动轨迹进行了计算。在适当的电极电压条件下,对离子呈弱散焦作用,这 是符合制造光电阴极所要求的。本文报告了测量结果。
