In this experiment, the author used the method of Histometry, biomechanic test and EDXA to evaluate osteogenesis and bone bonding at bioceramic implant/bone interface affected by Bleomycine ( BLM ) and Methotrexate ( MTX ).The results showed that in MTX group there exist reduction in bone volume, bonding area and Ca/P of new bone as well as bonding stress by contrast with those in control group at 1. 5 months. But there was no significant statistic differences between BLM and control group. This study indicated MTX is able to delay the new bone formation and bonding. Tt is valuble for e-hecting antineoplastic agents for postoperative cnemotherapy after the jaw bone bioceramic replacement.

为了探讨抗肿瘤药平阳霉素(BLM)及氨甲喋呤(MTX)对生物陶瓷人工骨与骨结合的作用,作者以杂种狗为种植模型,采用定量组织测量学、生物力学、元素分析的定量分析方法考察了骨与人工骨的结合区.结果发现在植入后1.5月MTX不仅能抑制局部新骨的生长与钙化,而且能减少骨与人工骨的结合,从而降低了人工骨植入体的稳定性.而同期BLM上述作用却不明显,因此作者认为对于肿瘤术后人工骨修复的患者的术后化疗拟应用BLM为宜.

人工合成羟基磷灰石(HAP)具有良好生物相容性,它与脊椎动物的牙、骨骼中HAP的组成及原子水平上的结构极为相似,但其显微组织结构差异较大。本文研究了激光辐照对人工合成HAP显微组织结构的影响。结果表明,在适宜的工艺参数范围内,激光处理后未发现“脱羟”,仍显示HAP的特征峰。且HAP的组织细化,形态改变,结构缺陷增加等,与自然骨内HAP的近似程度增加。

The present paper reports a kind of bioceramic that is of higher intensity,hardness and better toughness,with stable chemical character,better compatibility and affinity with bone tissue.

本文报道了一种在保持较高强度和硬度同时,具有较好韧性的生物陶瓷,且该生物陶瓷化学性能稳定,生物相溶性好,与骨组织有较好的亲和性。
