The well known TMI accident shocked the world and itsaftershock has not yet disappeared till now.In this paper,the accident isbriefly recalled,its influence on the development of nuclear power estimatedand the worldwide activities of drawing lessons from TMI described.Sincenuclear power is just starting its steps in our country,lessons learnt fromthe aecidend are thought to be of great value to us,and hence listed.anddiscussed.

本文简要地介绍了三里岛核电站事故经过、应急处理和事故后清理工作概况。分析了事故对世界核电发展的不良影响和事故造成的实际危害间的距离及其原因。着重介绍了从三里岛事故中已经获取的有关核电安全的新知识和正在开展的新的研究课题。强调了我国在发展核电事业的初期,密切注视、研究和吸收国际上从三里岛事故中吸取的经验和教训的必要性,尤其要重视关于加强核电站人员训练、组织管理、应急准备和改善人机工程方面的经验和教训。

本文借助于核电站假想事故条件下的放射性释放量,按不同的核素组,分组计算了其经各种照射途径对周围居民造成的剂量;并考虑了气象资料的统计数据,使得因天气条件两低估剂量的可能不超过5%;从而得到了与事故过程(涉及释放的核素谱)和天气条件无关的释放量和照射剂量间的关系。文中还讨论了释放时间、风速、释放高度和停留时间等对上述关系的影响;以及各核素组、各种照射途径对照射剂量的相对贡献。

In this paper, six aspects of disaster medicine have been discussed: 1. the characteristics of disaster medicine; 2. the history of cure on patients and wounded suffered from disaster; 3. the objects of disaster medicine and its medical treatment countermeasure; 4. the rcle of disaster medicine in medical science; 5. the relation between the disaster medicine and other sciences, and 6. the prospect of disaster medicine. From the above mentioned six aspects, including natural and accident disasters, we consider that it is very important, imperative and neoessary to study the disaster medicine for treating the sick and wounded in disaster area. This paper wishes the medical workers and the disaster scientific workers pay a special attention to the study in this field and establish the disaster medicine of China.

本文讨论了灾害医学的特点,我国在灾害救治方面的历史,灾害医学的对象和医疗对策,灾害医学在医学科学中的意义,灾害医学与其他学科的关联,灾害医学的展望等六个方面的问题。据此,作者认为开展灾害医学的研究是非常必要和迫切的。希望医学工作者和灾害科学工作者能够重视这方面的研究,以建立中国的灾害医学。
