Rf=b0 + b1/nT + b2T2 has been set up in this paper.in the process of production, by using this model to control dehydration temperature, the intensity of gypsum could be gained best.

本文建立了β半水石膏粉的脱水温度与强度关系的数学控制模型:R_f=b_0+b_1lnT+b_2T~2。在生产过程中,利用此模型:通过对脱水温度的控制,可达到控制石膏的最高强度。并且根据X射线衍射物相分析和差热分析,进一步阐明了本文的控制模型的原理。

The test result indicates that the variation of oil contamination in hydraulic system of mining machines is explained with exponential curve, the contamination is based on the initial contamination and it towards marginal stability value by exponential law, the contamination level and the limit steady state value of instantaneous concentration of various sizes of contaminates depend on the two key parameters λ and ε , and have nothing to do with initial contamination c 0, for λ and ε , in addition to the structure of oil filtration system, outside polluted particle invasion rate and grindings generation rate by various friction pairs, it mainly depends on the filtration ratio β μ of oil filtration system to different sizes of contaminates.
