Fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) disengager coking has become more and more severe with an increase in residua blending reaction in FCC feedstocks,which affects and threatens the normal runs of FCC units.The effects of FCC feedstock properties,catalyst concentration and reaction conditions on disengager coking were reviewed.Through analyzing some measures prohibiting disengager coking widely used at home and abroad,the development trend and requirements of the issue in the future were also proposed.
