In a previous paper [1] we have pointed out that the actual physical world is a world of 3-dimensional Euclidean space, and not of the 4-disiensional Minkowski space-time. When we have shown the field functions in 3-dimensional space which describe various particles, the consequent conclusion is that space in version renders a particle to change into an antiparticle; the parity quantum number is a meaningless concept. Then, there does not exist any obstacle to the solution of the θ-τt puzzle. To propose the parity nonconservation at the sacrifice of the left-right symmetry is not a thorough way of solving the θ-τ puzzle and is to reserve a potential difficulty for (he further development of physics; even in weak interaction space is still left-right symmetrical. In this paper we point out further that time is the spatial distance which a moving physical body goes through, and is measured along its moving direction. Then, time has direction ; its dimension is length; although time is an independent parameter for the description of motion, but it is not any independent existence outside of space; space is primary and time is secondary. This shows still further that the actual physical world is a world of 3-dimensional space; and at the same time it strengthens further the point of view of our paper [1] that only in 3-dimensional space can we establish physical theories with definite meanings.According to our findings, there could be only spatialization of time, there could not be temporalization of space.Any physical body with inertial linear motion is an ideal standard of time. We call the locus of motion of such a physical body the standard time flow line. Generally, the time flow line is a curve or even a degenerated point. In order to determine time, the central operation is the establishment of simultaneity, and it does not need to measure the length. Any object can get time from the standard time flow line by means of simultaneity. We call such time the extrinsic time. Speed is the ratio of time of the physical body in motion with its extrinsic time. This ratio is dimensionless.In establishing the coordinate axis on the time flow line which has intrinsic direction, we have no freedom of choosing the positive direction of measurement. The transformation by changing the sign of coordinate value and the transformation of changing the direction of coordinate axis are two transformations which have no relation to each other. Therefore we cannot make reversal transformation against time. The motion reversal has nothing to do with the time reversal. Whether motion is reversible it also has nothing to do with time reversal. The so-called time reversal is only a farfetched way to introduce the mirror motion. The so-called time-reversal invarianee in 3-dimensional space is in fact the symmetry of space which is independent of time, and absolutely does not mean that time has no directionality, also, the reversibility implied in the equation of motion correlated with such invariance does not exist. We also give certain explanation of the Feynman graph.Some problems, which arise from various conceptional misunderstandings about thetime reversal invariance and in which especially the problem about the arrow of time is considered as one of the most difficult problems, are readily solved with the arguments of this paper.We point out that the ordinary definition of space inversionis necessarily accompanied bywhere the new coined symbols X and X denote respectively the right-handed and left-handed cross products, and then demonstrate that the cross product of the two proper vectors under the space inversion is proper vector but not pseudovector.The pseudoscalar as a parity-violating quantity does not exist.We point out that the Maxwell equations (23) are invariant under the following two transformationsThe transformation (26) which is neglected by traditional theory is the true space inversion and the transformation (27) which is considered by the traditional theory to be spaee Inversion is but a rotation.
