The temperature calibration and displacement calibration of 6291 type HDT and VICAT instrument were introduced. The common troubles such as the power supply trouble, the main temperature sensor trouble, the control unit trouble of electric heating system and the high temperature deviation of test station were analyzed and the methods for troubleshooting were given.
Finally,we confirm that the measurement result under the vibration environment is invalid. The influence of temperature deviation can be dispelled through error revise,and the measurement result is more accurate full of liquid medium.
