This paper, gives a detailed description of the new process flow to treat anode copper mud by wet process, and its operating condtion and technical index. A simplified review is also made in this paper. The wet processing of anode copper mud is characterized by greater direct rcovery, shorter operating cycle and easy to realize the mechanization and comprehensive utilization It is likely to replace the conventional pyrometallurgical process.

It also comments briefly on the advantages of treating anode copper mud with wet processing method, therefore justifies the wet processing method instead of the conventional pyrometallurgical processing method.
