Objective] To establish national health standard for acephate in the air of workplace.[Method]Occupational epidemiological investigation in field and animal experiments were performed to study the toxicity of acephate. [Results] LD 50 for acephate by intragastric administration is 823 mg/kg in rats. Negative effects were obtained in experimental assays of mutagenicity,teratogenicity and delayed neurotoxicity.The results of determination showed that most of the acephate concentrations in the air of workplaces were below 0 5 mg/m 3.The signs of adverse effects of acephate poisoning in workers were not fuond. [Conclusion] The maximum allowable concentration(MAC) and the time weighted average allowable concentration(TWA AC) were recommended as 0 5 mg/m 3 and 0 3 mg/m 3,respectively.

The effects of power intensity, sonication time, medium temperature, initial pH, Fe 2+ and H 2O 2 on ultrasonic destruction of wastewater containing Acephate were studied. The results showed that the average value of removal rate of Acephate could reach 99.9% under the reaction conditions. The reaction conditions were as following: initial concentration of Acephate was 1.0×10 -4 -10.0×10 -4 mol/L, pH 0 was 2.5-10.8, medium temperature was 30℃, power intensity was 40W/cm 2, sonication time was 1h, the weight of Fe 2+ was 15mg/L, the solution was saturated by oxygen.

The organic phosphorus pesticides such as acephate, phoxim, omethoate used in 56 vegetable samples in Mianyang markets were investigated and analyzed. The analysis was conducted according to the standard GB/T5009.20 -1996. According to the standard GB18406.1 -2001, the quality eligible rate of the vegetables was given, but it was only 30%.

对绵阳市四大农贸市场销售的3类蔬菜(即根菜类、瓜果类和叶菜类)共计56个样品中的乙酰甲胺磷、辛硫磷、氧化乐果等13种有机磷农药污染状况,按照GB/T5009.20-1996进行分析检测,并根据GB18406.1-2001标准判定,结果合格率仅为30%。
